FL Diamond – The Purest Level of Perfection

An FL diamond represents the highest possible level of clarity – an absolute lack of inclusions even under 10x magnification makes it a perfect stone. If you are looking for perfection without compromise, an FL diamond is a premium choice – see if it's the right option for you!
From my experience... most clients think they will see the difference between FL and VVS1 with the naked eye. In practice, they won't. The difference only exists under a microscope.
But it's not about "seeing vs. not seeing."
It's about status, rarity, and investment.
An example from my valuation:
- 1.00 ct diamond
- D color
- Excellent cut
- FL clarity
Price: approx. PLN 80,000 – 120,000 (natural)
The same stone in VVS1 clarity:
👉 up to 30–40% cheaper
The biggest mistake investors make is thinking they are buying a "pretty stone."
No. They are buying rarity and microscopic perfection.
FL Clarity – Choose a Flawless Diamond

FL clarity means a diamond with no flaws – neither internal nor external, even under magnification. If you value absolute perfection, FL clarity is the highest level you can achieve – find out if it's worth it!
FL clarity is more than just marketing.
It's technical perfection of the crystal structure.
Lack of inclusions means:
- perfect light flow
- maximum brilliance
- highest dispersion (i.e., the "fire" of the diamond)
From my experience... clients most often ask:
👉 "does FL shine more than VVS?"
Answer: yes, but minimally – the difference is subtle
The true value of FL is:
- rarity (less than 1% of diamonds)
- prestige
- collector's value
Interesting fact:
Historically, FL diamonds were the benchmark for creating the 4C system.
FL Diamond Price – Invest in Uncompromising Quality

The price of an FL diamond is the highest on the market, but this is due to its extreme rarity and perfection. If you have a premium budget and are looking for the best quality without compromise – an FL diamond price might be justified, find out why!
If you have a budget > PLN 100,000, I recommend considering FL.
But only in two cases:
- investment
- premium collection
Example prices (2026):
Natural FL diamonds:
- 0.5 ct – from PLN 30,000
- 1.0 ct – PLN 120,000 – 160,000
- 2.0 ct – even PLN 500,000+
Lab-grown FL diamonds:
- 1.0 ct – PLN 8,000 – 15,000
And now, something important.
In practice, it looks like this:
👉 95% of clients choose VVS1 or VS1
Why?
Because the price-to-visual-effect ratio is better.
But…
From my experience, investors say one thing:
👉 "I want the top 1%, no compromises"
And that's when we enter the realm of FL.
It's also worth remembering:
the cheapest FL diamonds can be found at Diament Expert – guaranteed lowest price and returns
FL Diamonds with Certificate – Prestige That Speaks for Itself

FL diamonds with a GIA, IGI, or HRD certificate are the only safe way to purchase – you are assured of authenticity and parameters. If you are investing in top quality, a certificate is an absolute must – find out what to look for!
Every FL diamond must have a certificate.
Without exception.
The most important institutes:
- GIA
- IGI
- HRD
From my experience...
👉 clients often don't know that an uncertified FL is practically worthless as an investment
Why?
Because an FL diamond... has no inclusions, making it harder to confirm its origin
Verification involves:
- spectral analysis
- crystal growth structure
Client example:
A client from Warsaw bought an "FL" without a certificate for PLN 80,000...
After analysis, it turned out to be VVS2.
Loss?
👉 over PLN 40,000
That's why my rule is simple:
100% of stones with a certificate + full 4C description
Additionally:
- HD photos
- 360° presentations
- possibility to compare stones
FL Diamond Store – Buy Online Without Intermediaries

An online FL diamond store allows you to buy without intermediaries, significantly reducing the price. If you want to pay less for the same stone, choosing the right source is crucial – see how to buy wisely!
The biggest mistake customers make?
👉 buying from jewelry stores
There, the margin can be:
+50% to +120%
At Diament Expert it's different:
- access to a wholesale diamond database
- no intermediaries
- jewelry personalization
You can buy:
- a loose diamond
- an engagement ring
- earrings
- a pendant
From my experience...
👉 80% of clients choose the stone first, then the setting
Additional options:
- free, insured shipping
- returns
And something that makes a huge difference:
👉 1:1 expert consultation
Highest Clarity Grade – Discover Exceptional FL Diamonds

The highest clarity grade, FL, is a symbol of absolute perfection, but it is not always the best choice for everyone. If you want to buy consciously and not overpay – discover the real-world application of FL diamonds!
Finally, I'll tell you something very honestly.
Not everyone should buy FL.
From my experience:
👉 if you're buying an engagement ring – VVS1 is better
👉 if you're investing – FL makes sense
Why?
Because:
- the visual difference is minimal
- the price difference is huge
But...
If you want:
- perfection
- the top 1%
- collector's value
Then FL is the only choice
Example of a client's situation:
The client was buying a diamond for his wife for their 20th wedding anniversary.
Budget: PLN 200,000
He chose:
- 1.2 ct
- color D
- FL
He said:
👉 "it has to be something absolutely unique"
And that's exactly what FL is.
Summary
FL diamonds are not just stones.
They are a symbol of perfection, rarity and prestige.
But most importantly:
👉 buy them wisely
✔ check certificates
✔ compare parameters
✔ don't overpay intermediaries
👉 You can buy cheapest at Diament Expert – guaranteed lowest price and return
For an informed diamond choice
Finally, I want to summarize this in a simple, concrete way – so you know what really matters when choosing. Because a diamond is unique, but its value always comes from a few key things.
Every diamond – whether it's a classic brilliant, or an investment stone – is assessed by the 4Cs principle. It is precisely the diamond clarity, diamond color, diamond weight (i.e., how many, e.g., 1 carat, because weight is measured in carats) and cut that determine the price. And now, importantly: color and cut have a huge impact on the effect of light reflection, meaning how the diamond "plays."
In my experience... clients focus on one parameter and ignore the rest. But the truth is that cut and size must go hand in hand. Even perfect FL clarity won't do the job if there isn't an excellent cut or a typical brilliant cut, which gives the best light reflection.
When it comes to an FL (flawless) diamond – it's the absolute top. No inclusions and no blemishes even under 10x magnification. But remember: the differences between FL and VVS are microscopic. That's why the choice of diamond always depends on the purpose.
👉 If you're buying a gift – diamonds for a gift don't have to be FL.
👉 If you're thinking like an investor – then investment diamonds of the FL type make sense.
Real-life example:
A client wanted to buy a 1 carat brilliant as a gift. Ultimately, he chose a VS1, because it was visually identical to an FL, and the price was tens of thousands lower.
On the other hand:
another client bought a 1.5 ct diamond, colorless, FL – because he cared about perfection and investment.
And now an important topic: natural vs. lab-grown diamond.
- natural diamonds are rare and more expensive
- lab-grown diamonds are cheaper, but less investable
In practice:
👉 natural diamond = long-term value
👉 lab-grown = excellent utility choice
Every diamond available in a good offer should have a certificate – preferably GIA. Such a certificate confirming authenticity gives you confidence that you are buying real quality. Without it, there is no talk of investing.
In my experience... the biggest mistake clients make is buying a stone "by eye."
Yet every diamond quality parameter matters.
Therefore, always:
✔ check the certificate
✔ analyze diamond color, clarity, excellent cut
✔ compare diamonds offered on the market
More and more people are choosing direct purchase – because then you have access to polished diamonds at wholesale prices.
And one more thing:
larger diamonds are rarer, so their price increases exponentially. That's why investment diamonds usually start from 1 carat and up.
In summary:
👉 it's worth investing in diamonds, but only consciously
👉 every diamond purchased should be analyzed
👉 choosing the perfect diamond is not emotion – it's a decision based on data
If you want to do it right –
👉 it's worth choosing diamonds from a reliable source
Because ultimately:
gemstones, especially diamonds, are scratch-resistant, timeless, and genuinely transfer value.
And a well-chosen brilliant cut jewelry diamond is more than just a purchase.
It's a decision that lasts for generations.
